Where are the sessions conducted?

The sessions could be anywhere in Chennai, at any time. Our current sessions are listed above.

If our practitioners (Traceurs) are travelling to other parts of Tamil Nadu or India, we will announce our plan and try to have a few sessions of training with the locals along their route.

So, how will you know about the session, and how to contact the organizer?

The sessions will be announced on our Facebook page. Some sessions will be regularly scheduled , others will be impromptu.

How much does it cost?

Who will be teaching at these sessions?

What about safety considerations? Isn’t Parkour very risky?

Parkour is risky when the intention is to show off. A true parkour practitioner trains extensively at ground level where risk, injury and fatal injury is minimal. We do not train in risky locations, and while we do push ourselves, we do ensure that there is the requisite amount of training put in before any new move is tried out in the field.

That said, Parkour is inherently more dangerous than running or other milder forms of physical activity. You should be sure that you are aware of the risks before participating.

Can girls or women participate?

YES! We have women and girls who train with us. We encourage more women to explore movement.
